# When are the pilots assigned to the flight?

## You can expect the live trip sheet to be updated with final pilot information 24 hours prior to departure.

Charter schedules are very dynamic, and due to the extensive safety regulations around duty hours, pilot assignments can change frequently to ensure full compliance. The schedule is typically finalized 24 hours before your scheduled departure.

The live trip sheet is updated with pilot information, including names and cell phone numbers. Should the pilots assignments change, you'll be notified via email instantly.
