Arriving for your private charter flight should be much easier than commercial airlines, but it's often in unfamiliar places.
The vast majority of private charter flights utilize Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) at each airport. These facilities are designed to service private charter clients. In your live trip sheet you'll find your complete itinerary. For each airport there will be listed the FBOs name, address, and phone number.
Arriving at the FBO
Arriving for your flight, depending on the FBO, will include a security gate in which you will be asked for your aircraft's tail-number. Once parked, you can simply head inside to the waiting area. At larger FBOs during busy hours, it's advisable to speak with the receptionist to see if your aircraft and crew are waiting.
