Generally, no. Private charter differs greatly from airlines and the airport does not have record as early as you might imagine.
Private charter flights are known to be "Unscheduled Air Charter" which means that no fixed schedule exists, much unlike the airlines. When you book a flight, whether with SimpleCharters or another provider, your flight does not exist in a master schedule at the airports or with the FAA.
